1 small onion, chopped, sautéed in light olive oil, scrambled with two eggs, S&P. Topped with 1/4 C Fage plain yoghurt. (Didn't have sour cream, and this is just as good, plus it has more protein.) Small pot of black tea. 1 tsp Splenda in one cup.

Strawberry whey protein and a tbsp of peanut butter. Then a slice of Emmental cheese sandwiched between 2 slices of Quorn 'ham' with a smidge of mustard.
