1 small onion, chopped, sautéed in light olive oil, scrambled with two eggs, S&P. Topped with 1/4 C Fage plain yoghurt. (Didn't have sour cream, and this is just as good, plus it has more protein.) Small pot of black tea. 1 tsp Splenda in one cup.

Wow, it's been ages since I had Eggs & Onions for breakfast! So good.

I made all 7 kids omelets with whatever they wanted in it for an early lunch and then made one for myself. We used cheese, ham, bacon, sliced green olives, mushrooms, onions and fresh chivesbb

Strawberry whey protein and a tbsp of peanut butter. Then a slice of Emmental cheese sandwiched between 2 slices of Quorn 'ham' with a smidge of mustard.

Bit of a random assortment but should hold me over till lunch!
