Dennis here

I had a piece of ham, spinach, and chipolte cheese quiche with salsa and sour cream. Also had a small lettuce and mushroon salad with EVOO and ACV for a dressing. In addition I had 1/2 avacado. Afterwords I had 86% chocolate (2 squares) with a couple of tablespoons natural peanut butter. Then had some Davinci's sugar free syrup (chocolate) mixed with heavy whipping cream and cold club soda. And of course my daily supplements.

A pretty darn tasty lunch.

I wondered if it wasn't too much protein but my BG was 91 at 3 hours after eating which seems to be when I peak so I'm happy.

I had lunch out with my dad - a side salad w/ blue cheese dressing and a bunless cheeseburger.

Not my favorite meal ever, but a very safely on plan one when I'm out!

Hi Kelley,
I like the Annie Chun's best- sold in most grocery stores in japanese or korean section.
the kind by whole foods brand is same price/ nutritionals but CRAZY hot- and i LOVE wasabi. it is painful! their terriyaki is great though, and again same nutritionals.
whole foods also sells another brand- i forget the name, but it is same price for half as many, so i pass! it has a cute cartoon shark on label.
in mainstream grocery, in korean section, there is another brand with cute anime type characters on it, but the ingredients are quite as clean.
