Market ground italian sausage crumbled over home-grown tomato slices and jalepeno slices (both first fried for a couple of minutes in the sausage grease). This was topped with mozzerella cheese, sprinkled with parmesan and garlic, and nuked long enough to melt the cheese. Brought back long-past memories of eating pizza, the only thing missing was a bit of pepperoni!

Nothing. It's the first day of summer vacation so the house if full of excited, crazy kids who need to "re-learn" our daily routines and how to be patient again. Plus my sister stopped by and got all 7 kids and the dog riled up so I just had no time to eat yet. Maybe I'll eat lunch if I can get the two toddlers to nap at the same time this afternoon. But I've gotten past the hunger phase, so maybe not.
