20 mins HIIT stairstepper, went up a notch.. OMG.. tough.
10 mins elliptical.
this is all I could fit in tonight, but it was a GOOD workout.

Wednesday, Nov 28th--
40 minute HIIT stairstepper, unfortuneatly, shin splints again while running so switched to this workout.
20 mins of serious ab work!
Thursday--
gave my aching muscles a day off.
Friday--
Plan to run 3 miles tonight.. we shall see how the shin splints are.. if bothersome, will try a different cardio workout, will also do weights and abs.
Saturday, Sunday--
not sure.. depends on if I have someone to watch my little one while I sneak an hour or two to workout....

3 mile run... time still not where I want it to be.. but I ran my butt off....
No time for workout today-- picking up my little one from school early.... BUT... today will be my only rest day this week-- that is my goal for the week-- oh yeah.. and to stay away from the fudge that people keeping brining into the offic....
