*I tried to put together some dbs using 25 lb plates....didn't work....by the time I got them up to press, I was give out. My hexagons only go to 40 lbs. But this whole fiasco took a while, and it was quite an experience, so I posted it . If you're wondering why I went from 40 lbs to 60....I figured there would be enough plate to push off with my knees. Anyway...won't do that again.

I also did rebounder and stretched and 20 push-ups.

didn't work out today....was suppose to do shoulders, but my right shoulder is giving me some trouble, so I took the day off, it was suppose to be a shoulder work out. I will do it tomorrow with my leg work out.
