I received 3 free bars from them for registering on their site. The last one I ate was an 'Endulge' bar, that was way too much like a candy bar. I was eating it, while driving to FL and planned to make it last several hours. It didn't last five minutes and triggered all kinds of hunger and cravings. I'm glad I didn't have a box of them, as they would all be history and I'd be wearing them now...
I bought 4 Atkin's dark choc shakes (once upon a time) and have one left. I used them for my first FL vacation and took it with me and brought it back on my last trip. It's there for an emergency - But, I really prefer real food... If you spend any time on the Atkin's site and look around a bit you'll notice a lot of NOT so suddle advertising for their products... It is pushed a bit in the forum too, but the powers that be do begrudgingly admit the Atkin's diet plan can be successfully done without consuming a single Atkin's product. But woe to you if you should openly advocate such a radical idea over there. Be sure to wear some asbestos underwear for all the flames...
