I am a big fan of the dinner dinner dinner! and what did you have for breakfast threads - stumbled on this thread by accident. Lately though I haven't been having much for breakfast, just coffee and HC, and a spoon of coconut oil. Now that the weather is cold, I am back to eating in the morning. Dinner has been not LC but it works and I am losing.

Lunch is usually the same for me daily - half a can of tuna in olive oil w/Parm or Mozzarella and a SF jello cup, some diced up pieces of Atkins bar. So I don't tend to post much anymore, but I want to subscribe to this thread for ideas! I am also thinking of finding a different lunch for myself....

4 oz of canned chicken breast mixed in with 2 cups of romaine hearts, a sliced Roma tomato, and 2 tbsp of mayo. 3/4 cup of sliced beets on the side.
