bicep curls, 2 sets of 20, 8 lb dumbbells
hip abduction - 2 sets of 12
overhead presses, 2 sets of 10, 8 lb dumbbells
lower ab exercise, 2 sets of 8
wow, I didn't realize it had been so long since I did even this partial workout! I was having trouble with feeling like I was fully charged for tennis matches when I played within 24 hours of a strength workout - hoping to solve that problem before late Feb when tennis leagues start again.
