MOMD day 3 posting Wed. August 13

Good day yesterday -in addition to my noon-time work-out I also did some help w/ moving heavy things for a couple of hours - not too sore afterwards (moving my mom's stuff this summer must have put me in training).

Ate dinner about 1/2 an hour earlier than usual, which also helped in the pre-dinner munchie area.

Liddie - good luck on re-starting induction

MOMD day 2

went out to dinner today, but had broiled haddock, broccoli and green beans, had them hold the rolls, so stayed on plan, I worked last night, but went prepared, and was good, tonight evil boss is having an ice cream party, so I need to figure out how to avoid it, perhaps I will hang around Leroy, because he is diabetic and will be trying to stay strong, too.

MOMD Day 4 posting Thursday Aug 14

OK day yesterday - food and work-out. I've been sleeping really well lately - almost 9 hours a night. Maybe still making up sleep deficit from the summer?

Liddie Great that you stayed on plan - can you just skip the ice-cream party? Or, just chew gum and pound down water and leave as soon as you can?

Still on plan. Think I will substitute 1/2 cup of yoghurt for the cheese I've been snacking on - and think about eliminating the nuts in the yoghurt for a while. See if that speeds things along too.

Off to exercise.

MOMD Day 8 -posting Monday Aug 18

Managed the week-end w/ staying in a clean Phase 1 of SBD, including no wine.

I am making progress - it's just a bit hard to be in Phase 1 again after several months of more-or-less maintenance (although I was was NOT at goal).

Liddie - good deal, getting to watch the office during the ice cream party.

MOMD day 7

Spent most of the weekend working in the produce warehouse, so avoided the ice cream, I am still on plan, off from work tonight though. I dropped 2 tenths of a pound, but better then gaining, I am still staying strict with myself so as long as its not going up, I'm good

Great to see you HK! I am trying to get back to goal, its easy to let it slip when you start feeling good but I need to remember that it seems to come back quicker and easier then it goes away.

Don't I know it! It's crept up on me, almost 10 lbs since my lowest low in March. But I'm on a good streak right now and hope to see the pounds melting away. (in my dreams...).

Wow, I made it into the double digits!

Things are going OK & I did do a bit of exercise when I got home last night, to make up for not taking the bus.

DS starts school tomorrow and DD starts on Friday. Hard to believe summer is basically over.
