Walden Farms has a sugar- and calorie- free sauce. It tastes so good I seriously can't believe it has no sugar.

I bought it at either Publix or Winn Dixie.

That'll be the one clearly marked sugarfree or no sugar added or low carb ... but there is no way it's truly zero-calorie, that's impossible in this world.

One thought on the Walden Farms Bar-b-que sauce...it does not work well if cooked onto the meat. Turns a yucky color! It is fine to baste with just before removing meat from the grill. A bit of Frank's hot sauce added to the Walden's is great.

If you're looking for sweet get the Atkins BBQ. It's more like fruit punch than anything else. It lists a few spices in the ingredients, but I couldn't taste any.
I will try adding garlic and some chili or cayanne to see if it helps.

As for purchased, I have tried atkins and walden farms and thought they were terrible. If you want to make some, I have used the recipe in suzanne somers fast and easy cookbook and think it is pretty good. I used spenda instead of her somersweet and it is not bad.

Default Atkins ketchup / steaksauce?

Anyone use these? I wasn't impressed at all with the pancakes - the syrup made them marginally better. I love meatloaf and use steaksauce with a heavy hand. I'm still working on a sub for crackers. I looked at my ss and it has 3 carbs per serving, but a serving is 1 tablespoon! I probably use at least a cup of sauce for 3 pounds of burger so I need to find an alternative.
I just hate buying all the 'special' foods!

We bought both of them. The steak sauce is good, kind of like Heinz 57. I haven't tried the ketchup, but my husband likes it on his eggs (ugh!!). They're kind of pricey but we just discovered that a local grocery store carries them so at least we can save on shipping.

I'm trying to do an order with vitaglo and shipping over $50 is free. I'm fortunate - if I can't get to $50, friends of ours order from them and I can combine with them. I hate shipping! FYI - my brother likes ketchup on eggs - I told him NOT to share that with my kids!
