Some menus from me for the past few days, this is just for the newbies to FF to give them some inspiration.

L: Tuna Nicoise Salad (had tomatoes, egg, lettuce, red pepper, 3 olives and a couple of anchovies)

D: Beef cooked in the slow cooker with onions, carrots and tomato puree, with spices - turmeric, coriander, cayene, mustard powder and cumin
