I'm starting up my gym membership again -- trying to rehab and strengthen my knee. It seems to be a little weak and loose, becoming easily inflamed. The pain is never even close to the original injury, but it has been nearly 2 years since the meniscus tear and I'd really like to get it back to 100% if possible. Losing weight would help, too and I'm dedicating myself to that as well.
