Weekly IF has been hit and miss lately. I'll see if I can get on in this week to wrap up my practice for this period. I'll begin my last one for this site, and it will be less than 90 days as I'll be finishing the year loop on my "Gym Log" here and exiting daily posting/reading here. I'll likely start a single "check in" thread (perhaps that needs to be a "journal 2) and post there once a quarter with current data - sort of a long term example.
Next practice I'm thinking about for Oct 1 - Nov 13 is 2 items, "no eating in car" and "eliminate eating cheese" - I don't seem to have adverse reaction to dairy and I've also developed a strong habit of eating in the car after hard play sessions - I can develop a habit of waiting till I get home to eat, plus it's probably kind of dangerous and certainly can get messy ha!
