Last night I made keto friendly stuffed green peppers. Ground beef, onion, garlic, mushroom, cauliflower, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, spices (salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika), a dash of Worcestershire, and a little tomato sauce (1 small can divided between 6 peppers) just to add a little extra flavor.
Paired it with a small salad with romaine, cucumber, carrot, tomato, and some low carb Cesar vinaigrette dressing.
