hello guys,
never really post here but i do read a lot of the posts here somewhat infrequently.
So far I have been doing this for 10 weeks. in those 10 weeks i have lost 57 pounds. i still need to lose about 100 more so im 1/3 of the way there. no major hangups and pretty easy to stick to.
i eat 2 meals a day (1st at 2pm and second at 7pm and a snack and 8:30) ive kept my carbs under 10-20/day the whole time and working great so far. pretty smooth loss of 3-5 pounds per week.
well, just thought id check in and to let people know that this does work. kind of exciting as ive never lost this amount before and stuck with something so consistently.
