Just started low carbing,excited about the possible results. I live in Michigan ,and getting married in February. I hope to shed so weight before then, and make low carbing a lifesyle, not just a quick fix!

Welcome, I had been trying low cal for months and nothing, three weeks into lc and I am down 8, so just hang in the first rough week, and then it gets much easier. When you see the consistant losses it really motivates!! Congrats on the upcoming wedding.
