Chardonnay Chicken
I made the best chicken casserole today. I changed up a higher carb one and we enjoyed it so much.
Chardonnay Chicken
3-4 large chicken breasts boiled until done and then cooled in refrig
tear chicken into streads and put into a greased casserole dish.
Mix:
8 oz cream cheese-softened
1 cup chardonnay wine
1 stick butter-I sauteed 1/2 chopped onion in this first and then added
1 can cream of chicken and mushroom soup
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 pkg Good Seasons Salad Dressing
Mix and pour over chicken
Top with shredded cheddar
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
for non-low carbs serve over noodles.
