Hello from Central Vermont!...I've been out checking all my flowers every day...even in the rain! Waiting for the orioles and bluebirds, too. This is my second round with Atkins...its works well if you really want it to bad enough, and I'm ready! It always help to have some support and/or inspiration, and I definetly have seen it work for some of my friends and family. My nephew lost well over 100 pounds, and he looks and feels like a new man! Good luck to everyone....

Hi Chillygatr,
No, I started Atkins in 2001. In the first year I went from 225 to 170 pounds and my blood pressure and cholesterol went from very high to normal. I kept the weight off for about 3 more years and then it started creeping back until I hit 236 lbs in December of 2008. I now weigh 220 lbs after 2 sporadic attempts to restart Atkins.
