Weight increase when changing plans
I weighed 233lbs and am now down to 162 lbs. However this has been done by keeping my carb intake to around 25 carbs per day. I would like to increase my carb amounts - possibly change to a low GI diet, but I am hesitant because I don't know what the initial weight gain would be - if any.
Is there anyone who has had experience of changing - what did you gain and how long did it then take to lose it.
