Default What is CQ10 exactly supposed to do?

After reading several posts about how CQ10 and L-Carnitine get things moving, I went to the HFS but the salesperson told me it was for healthy heart functioning and had never heard it used for weight loss. Since it was so expensive, I only bought the L-carnitine and wanted to check more about this.
Does anybody know more about the use of CQ10?
Thanks!
