Does anyone know of any low carb support groups in Minnesota

I was just coming on here to ask the same question...let me know if you find one.

I don't know of any support groups, but I have been low carbing for 9 years and am just now going to finally get rid of my last 20 pounds, which is now my last 15! Yey!

I noticed that one of you is in bemidji! Sorry about that snow yesterday! he he. I live in St. Paul and if I look out the window on our third floor, I too can see the capital. I work in Minneapolis. I am up on the 24th floor, so incidentally, I can see it from here as well...

Where does everyone get their low carb staples? I am staying away from frankenfoods, but are there any good low carb stores or health food stores that carry low carb? I have never been able to find one, although I have to admit, I've never looked that hard!

I personally seem to tank when I use the frankenfoods -- Cub & Rainbow have a lot of Atkins stuff but I am trying to avoid it. Same for the 1 carb candy bars - I picked those up at GNC & Walgreens last time I went lc & binged on them. I know other people have done well on the lc foods, but for me personally, I have to pass.
