Lightbulb Gourmet Whey

Hi All,

I don't like eating breakfast! I have found a replacement that works really well. It's called Whey Gourmet. I mix it with 12 oz water and 1 oz whipping cream (really makes it creamy). There are lots of flavours but I happen to like chocolate -peanut butter. There are about 30 servings per container.
Here's the breakdown when made with water only:
1 serving 31g
Calories 118
Portein 22g
Fat 2.0g
Carbs 3.0g
Sucralose 20 mg
Acesulfame Potassium 62mg

Any comments on what could be wrong with using this on Atkins would be appreciated. Still in induction.

I am not a breakfast eater either.

I make a protein shake each morning.

1/4 C Whipping Cream
1/4 C water
1/2 C DaVinci flavoring (there are many)
1 scoop Designer Whey protein powder
1 egg
4-6 ice cubes

Blend all - 4.5 carbs per drink

The powder comes in vanilla, chocolate and strawberry.
Flavorings: chocolate, strawberry, blueberry, huckleberry,
B52, Raspberry, Vanilla, Hazel Nut (the list goes on and on)

I also use the flavorings in my coffee
