Chicken. I just love crispy chicken skin. The thigh is my favorite part of the chicken.

a nicely marbled (fatty), minimum of one-inch thick, bone-in rib-eye.... I JUST LOVE the flavor that the fat gives the beef and if cooked well, it'll be perfectly charred on the outside, tender all of the way through and very pink in the middle.... YUM!!!! All it needs is salt and pepper... nothing else... do not rob the rib-eye of it's natural deliciousness

Any kind of pork, but mainly belly (slices sprikled with sea salt) and ribs (cooked with butter and salt). I could live on these alone, so easy to cook and delicious!

Rib-eye gets my vote. If I ate it every day, I may want something else, but I eat it seldom.

Since I have to narrow it down to one, I guess it would be pork. The bacon, the ham, the ribs, the pork roast, the pork chops ...

I've got to agree with Maria and Dodger, bone-in rib eye is mine as well. I love it seasoned with grill mates montreal steak seasonings.

I love all animals. They are delicious.

Ribeye is my favorite dinner. With Montreal Steak seasonings, blue cheese sauce, and fried onion bits as a garnish.

I adore lamb, but I am on the rib eye band wagon!! There is just something about a rib eye that is far superior to any other cut of beef. I would choose a ribe eye over a sirloin or fillet any day!

Well as a Texan I have to differ with you fine folks, and say the finest piece of meat to me is a Shoulder Brisket that's had a good spice rub added and smoked on a pit for several hours on low heat....Sliced thin with the fat left on is so yummy!!!You don't need any sauce..Just lots of napkins to wipe the huge smile off your face!!!

Oh my gosh, this is SO hard!!
I love fresh smoked salmon back bone (fattiest parts are the best!)
I also love chicken thighs with LOTS of butter
But a good pork crackling is hard to beat.

I love lamb... but my mind went numb when I read pork crackling...straight off the back of a beautiful leg of pork or a whole roast belly....not to be confused with these scratchings...its another animal! I choose lamb/pork/lamb/pork...... pork!

I don't even know what rib eye is, I think our cuts of meat have different names or something. Has that got a bone in it? I love the versatility of chicken, like I can get three meals out of one whole chicken carcass easily (roast chicken, leftover cold meat, and soup made out of the stock from boiling the bones), but I think at the moment I like roast beef the best, nicely seasoned on the outside and cooked with some veges.

Here it is....fatty...juicy...tender...sent from the heavens. Definitely my favorite cut of meat. As someone else above mentioned, season it with Montreal Steak seasoning and a blue cheese crust, and you won't be disappointed!
