Hello Everyone.

I just wanted to introduce myself and let you know I am here to make friends as well as lose this ugly weight....

I did Atkins for a year straight with 4 days a week of 1 hour cardio and went from 150 down to 128. After I had my boob job in 2007 I gained 40lbs minus 8lbs for boobs (yes 8lbs, 34b to a 34ddd)
