Good morning everyone!

I know everyone here is losing, maintaining weight or just generally getting healthier.

But do you have other goals? Exercise goal? Personal goal? etc., etc., etc.,

Maybe it will be fun to list some of them. And what will your reward being when you reach your goal?

I have a personal exercise goal: I want to be able to jog a 5 mile trail that is suppose to be awesome when we go on vacation this year. (July 1st)

The farthest I have ever jogged non stop was 3 miles (and it has been a long long while). My reward if I succeed will be a new car! Otherwise I am going to keep my old beloved one until I do reach my goal!

IF YOU CAN'T EXERCISE, JUST GET UP AND MOVE!

Here's one (this may be vain or really petty), but I would love for my legs to not rub together. There, said it, I've got those little pieces of flab on my upper leg and they are the last thing to go, I would be one happy camper if those puppies could go bye bye....

I'd love to have a cool exercise challenge, though, those are the ones to be proud of I think. Has me pondering, thanks for the post... and best of luck with your goals
