Default Frothy Protein Filler

Feel like something sweet and filling? Try this:

3 X-large egg whites
3 tsp Splenda
Few drops sugar-free vanilla extract

1.Beat egg whites until stiff, before adding Splenda and vanilla.
2.Eat straight away.
Guarunteed to fill you up!

Meringue is good stuff. But I prefer it baked like a Pavlova. I believe Kevinpa has posted a recipe here somewhere.

Sounds tasty but might be healthier if you baked the whites, as eating lots of raw egg whites can cause Biotin (Vit B6) deficiency. Eating raw yolks with the whites doesn't cause a problem since the yolks have lots of biotin.

Just a thought to consider,
Jenny
