Default I just ae a 34 carb cookie.

Okay I can't believe I just did that. It was one of my favorite before atkins snack. A chocolate cookie from Au bon pain. It was such an impulse buy. It didn't even taste that good. It was way to sweet and now I my tummy hurts. Anyone thinking about cheating with the sugar just don't do it.

I don't know how many times I've done that. This time appears that I've learned my lesson. (And Kevinpa's recipes make it much easier, too!)

I haven't cheated so far, and don't plan too! Every time I read how sick someone feels after doing it makes me never want too!
Right back on the horse you go!!

Look at it this way - you only ate one cookie, you didnt then go and have a day long/week long blowout which a lot of people (myself included!) do once they cheat. Also you learned something really useful - that which tempted you the most actually tastes like rubbish now your tastebuds have re-adjusted. remember that next time you want one!

Sometimes you've got to learn the hard way, but live and learn all the same!

right, it's only one cookie. More than likely it won't even effect you as long as you were moving most the day.

Don't worry too much about it. It was just one cookie. I think 90% of low-carbers have cheated at least once. I felt bad when I cheated but I just kept going as if it never happenend and it didn't effect my weight loss but boy did I feel sick. Just make sure you don't make cheating a habit and you should be doing just fine.
