Default Under 200 - 1st time in 22 years

I've finally made it under 200...day 106 on the beach...I lost 1lb over the last 7 days to put me at 199...a total loss of 36lbs...the weight loss is starting slow the closer I get to my goal...I've also been experimenting with more good carb foods over the last week and I'm sure that this contributed to the slow down...I think I've only had 1 other week since starting SBD where I lost under 2lbs. I've also gone from size 40 jeans that were too tight to 36s that are now too loose...I'll be wearing 34's that are a little too tight before long.

The key thing here is that SBD has really become a way of life...I don't believe I will ever go back to eating the way I used to...my DW, who really didn't need to lose weight, has gone down a size also...we both feel better, look better and are very greatful that we discovered this WOE...the comments we receive from family, friends, and others help to re-enforece that we are on the correct path here.

We are both looking forward to Phase III in the near future. SBD is a very healthy WOE. This whole thing has been painless...I've never been hungry and at this point don't think about it a lot.

SBD Rocks

Good for you Pstar. It sounds like it has been a very "doable" transition for you and your wife. Way to go!

Thats excellent!! Hold your head high.

I am there with you...I was over 200 for about ten years. Embracing low carb has taken me down, well below 200 and holding :^) Keep up the great work!

Excellent, pstar! I'm just a pound or two behind you in my weight loss path, hope to break 200 in the next couple of days. Keep it up!
