Default Wow!

I had my reward dinner tonight but i really find that the reward meals are like really werid (not in a bad way) but i have never been told you can eat whatever you want in a balanced form in 60 minutes i actually feel guilty for eating them LOL! But i am keeping track of my weight this is the best plan i have EVER seen!

Thanks

Don't worry if you gain or don't lose at first. Make sure to give CAD a fair chance

I'm getting over the guilt, but I still have problems eating anything I know the carb count of and order things bunless i still have a problem with self control on some things though. Dang that chocolate.

It is great, but I am having to reorganize some things that seem to trigger me, even if balanced by protein and veg--chocolate for example seems to be a problem--I am trying to include things like yogurt and fruit as my carbs now--getting away from the refined sugar stuff--
