In regards to slow carb, I have a buddy who tried it and was able to lose water weight, but then gave up after that.
I'm experimenting with my method - it's not for everyone. I'm trying to lose a lot of weight and then change up to a more healthy WOE after I reach my goal weight. Follow my thread and let me know if you have any questions.

I was so excited to see this and then realized this is 3 years old :/ I've been doing the 4 hour body for 6 weeks and am down 10 pounds (150lbs down to 139.6) I love this diet and was hoping there would be more people doing it. Any one else here doing this diet?
