Did you check through ALL the pages of the Liquid Splenda thread at the top of this Forum? There might be something in there, cuz that was where the info about the pure sucralose was first posted last year.
I have some, too, and the powder is VERY fine and hard to work with.
You might need to experiment some, but I have
heard that 1 kilo (2.2 pounds) is equivalent to 96 Cups (commercial info). If that's the case, I would weigh on a kitchen scale the total amount of powder, in grams, then convert to ozs equivalent, to get an idea of the number of cups equivalency just for starters. It's going to be messy
so 96/1000*28.34 = approximately 2.73 Cups worth per ounce? Maybe? Doesn't seem right to me cuz it's VERY concentrated but then I only
heard about the 96 cups to the kilo.
There's also milligrams per packet (~equal to 2 Tsp sugar) info on the side of the Splenda box (though I don't have one here). Multiply those milligrams to get 1 ounce or 28.34 grams worth, then multiply that result * 2 Tsp and divide THAT result by the 48 Tsp per Cup ...
Good luck! I hope somebody comes up with an easier way but do keep in mind that because it's so concentrated, you'd better make a good sized batch of liquid or your measuring spoons will JUST BE TOO BIG.
