Nature's Grain LC Fruit and Nut Bagel Bar

I found these in my college cafeteria. It a bagel bar with a tiny bit of cranberries and nuts in it. They are delicious, but have 14 net carbs, so they would have to be used during pre-maintenance and maintenance, really. They really are good, though.

i've tried those...they are quite tasty, i must admit. i just eat half of them at a time, and find that that is really enough for a snack.

Bagel Snack Bars at Sam's Club

I just came in the door with a bag of one dozen of the Nature's Grain Bars which I purchased for 4.87 at our local Sam's Club (membership warehouse).
I find them a bit chewy, but I'm used to their apple raisin bars (the works)
which were replaced by these blue wrapped gems over the holidays.
BTW: I joined this group just to post this answer.
