Talking weight loss

Hi - begining of week 2 and I have found it easier than i thought possible but it has really made me look at my food....... I read labels like you won't believe........ but although I didnt think I had lost weight just bumped into a mate and she said wow - have you lost weight you look good...... I said have I? she said I think so..... ah I said I have started the atkins diet....... been a week - she said SHE had been on it for a week too....... got a dieting buddy I didn't know about..... and one other thing I have found...... I have been less depressed and while have less energy for some reason - I go to the gym regularly but finding it tuff at the moment I have to admit.....I am not tired, just not bouncy..... HOWEVER, I wake up and get out of bed instead of just lying there inwardly groaning that I have to get up and am tired..... hope the energy levels increase tho...

It is a slow process but a healthy one. And finally eating whenever you are hungry without the guilt is the best perk of all.

All the best to you and welcome!
