JUST WONDERING IF YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO TAKE YOUR VITAMIN SUPPLIMENTS ALL AT ONCE OR SPACE THEM OUT. I AM TAKING WEIGHTSMART VITAMIN(NEW OUT) CALCIUM, POTASSIUM,OMEGA 3-6-9, AND PHYSILLUM HUSK. I LOOK LIKE A JUNKIE IN THE MORNING WITH ALL THESE PILLS LINED UP. I USUALLY TAKE THEM ALL WITH MY BREAKFAST THEN THE PHYSILLUM HUSK AT BEDTIME. WHAT IS EVERYONE ELSE DOING. THANKS

Hi there,

I would space out the calcium, potassium and the Omegas. Preferably take some with each meal. That's what I do.

BTW, please don't use all capitals. It is not just hard to read, it is considered to be "shouting" in net etiquette.
