Here's an interesting news article, which I came across today, with regard to the fact that Tesco is to launch it's own low carb range in January:

This has been true in the past, but Tesco's have stated that they feel LC products have been overpriced and they plan to lower prices, and make LC foods accessible to everyone. Personally I can't wait to see what products they will have.

I wonder if it will start to fizzle out soon?

I've never felt better about it, but is the demand there?

We'll find out soon enough I suppose!?
