Default Blood pressure way down~!

This is major for me, folks. I have been struggling with high BP for the past 6 years, constant medication adjustments, the works. Despite taking Acupril and a water pill, I have NEVER had a good, normal reading, ALWAYS HIGH, and it's been a major source of anxiety for me.

Well, I officially started LC-ing in late July. About a month ago, I was feeling dizzy and as a result my doctor cut my BP meds in half. This morning I went for my regular checkup for thyroid and BP, and my pressure was PERFECT. I'm thrilled. No, I am ecstatic~!

I'd like to be losing weight faster, of course, and I think that with future weight loss I can get off BP meds altogether.

Like many of you, this lifestyle is working for me and I just wanted to share. Have a wonderful weekend everyone and happy LC-ing~!

That's excellent news RockerChik and very encouraging too. I'm interested in getting off my Accupril and diuretic as well, and hopefully as my weight continues to go down, I may be able to achieve that as well
