Default Hey, I'm back and starting where I left off.

Well I've been gone a while and man has life ever taken it's fair share of twists and turns.. I've somehow managed to (aside from 10 lbs) maintain my lowest weight I got to on LC and now I want to complete the other half of my goal of 200lbs.. This forum helped me stay focused and lose the weight before and now I'm ready to do it again.
I LC on permanent induction, it seems to work for me. I'm having issues with feeling dried out this time, I forget if that's normal or not! Also, I'm not getting full.. Like, ever.. I don't recall it being quite the same last time. Perhaps I've just got some strange symptoms of losing my carb addiction this time around.
Anyways, I'm here for both me and to offer support to all of you again.
To those of you just starting or feeling discouraged, remember that this is a lifestyle change and not just a diet. Slow patches and plateaus will occur, but overall you're gonna lose the weight if you stay focused.
This time of year I think we all need a little encouragement.

-Pug Ugly.

Hi Bart,
I think most people here are busy with holiday stuff, so a lot of posts get lost.

Bacon shorts eh? Hmmmm. Do I *want* to go there? LOL.

Welcome back. That is great you did not regain a whole lot of weight like I did when I fell off the wagon.

Everyone gains and looses...this diet is exactly that a diet.
I am allergic to Gluten, meaning I cannot eat flour, anyways. Two years ago when I discovered this, I decided to give up more and go on Atkins. Yes I have lost well over 100 pounds about 146 then gained back 15 of it...sucks. I started eating fruit, chocolate and rice. The second you try and eat normally again you will gain...........goodluck to you and allthose who need to loose over 100 pounds, i did it. BUT this isn't a perm fix.
