Sugar in Tesco salads

Tesco have taken to washing their salads in fruit extracts, which means that the 100g bad of salad I had for lunch today contained 1.6 carbs, ie 1.6g sugars.

Have they lost the plot?
Sainsbury's are washed in spring water - I know where I will be shopping!
