I have a friend (seriously.. its not me! lol) that has gallbladder problems, irritable bowel and just diagnoised with high blood pressure.

She is seriously trying out the LC way of life, but because of her gallbladder problems, doen't need fatty foods (obviousy). I have already suggested the good oils (like cold pressed extra virgin olive oils and such) but does anyone else have any more suggestions about how to modify this "diet" for her gallbladder? I have told her about this website and *hope* she will join soon! Hopefully by the time she joins this little thread will be full of good info for her!
