Not sure what bikkies but sounds like they are not a good choice.
Its over and done with. Those little slips happen. Its something to learn from.

You'll have to learn what will work for you. I know for me I'll take a treat I can have and eat that.
Or use the 3 bite rule. Just have 3 bites or less of a special sweet. I share with hubby or a friend. Sometimes I just throw the rest of the treat away.

Most of all its a new day. Stick with it.

I have had a few too many cheats lately & now
I am struggling to get back on plan.
(bikkies) Thats a cute name. In some countries,
biscuits...are what we call cookies in the U.S.
