Good Day All!

I've been using a product to make thai curry dishes but can't figure out what the carb count is.
The listed ingredients are: green chili, lemon grass, onion, garlic, salt, shrimp paste, galanga, coriander, fennel and star anise.

The instructions call for 50g to be mixed with 1 can of coconut milk and that feeds two with snack sized leftovers. Instead of rice or noodles I serve it over thin strips of steamed savoy cabbage.

Any thoughts on what the carb count would be on this and where else would I look to find this info in the future. I tried fitday and the carb counter on this site but no luck.

I can't find it on my program either. When I have a product with no nutritional data, I either go to the company's website or I call them to get the data. Contact info is usually on the product.

Edit: I've just noticed that yours is not the Thai Kitchen brand b/c the ingredients aren't the same. You didn't mention the brand.

Thanks for the help. I didn't mention the manufacturer because I can't read Thai!

I am familiar with the Thai Kitchen brand and the stuff I get from Chinatown is quite similar so I would guess the carb count would be too.
