How nice, another LC option in fast food!
I know that popeyes at once time did "naked chicken", not sure if they still have it or not since its been ages since I've had fast food.
It's about time places started offering stuff without the breading.

Tried the grilled chicken myself this weekend and I really liked it. Yesterday was the day they gave away the free piece of grilled chicken, so I bought a meal and got my free piece. I looked it up and you're right there are no carbs.

They gave out coupons for a free piece of KFC grilled chicken, no purchase necessary, in the Sunday newspaper about two weeks ago...with an expiration date of sometime next week. Our paper had one coupon, but my boss' paper had TWO...and I got those as well.. The chicken was outstanding!

I'm applauding the grilled chicken at KFC, but I also noted that Dominos (or maybe Pizza Hut, can't remember which) has just come out with "pasta bowls" - take a pizza crust, crunch it down into the shape of a bowl, add PASTA and bake. Just when you didn't think it was possible to serve too many carbs in one dish, there it is! A carb nightmare. And all the people I work with are just singing it's praises. Oh geeeze....

ME TOO!! I felt fat just watching it, and I'm thinking, "Geeze, no wonder we're all fighting our weight when this is what's being foisted on us." Big sigh.... then I went back to munching on my pork rinds and it was all good!

Waiting for grilled KFC to come to Canada!! I'll probably live off the stuff! I treat myself to regular KFC about once a month...it's actually not too bad in carbs...
