sorry to go on about this some more!

so, basically I want to know how much carb I can take in and still lose some of my remaining flab. I know everyone's different, but could a few people maybe tell me it's possible?

I've raised my carbs to around 50g net, rest is protein/fat - I'm eating things like bananas just before my tennis training, the rest is from vegetables, cream etc. some wine as well.

I suppose I would just like to be assured that there are people out there who are losing a little fat weight, who do the same as me?

Cheers

My own experience: I lost 35 lbs on 60 carbs/day, then 15 more lbs on 80 carbs/day.

Wow Galadriell -

that's truly amazing! I'm going to look at your gym log now. I struggled today on a banana - I think I was still digesting it when I went to the court (along with the rest of my high fat lunch from an hour and half before). My trainer is really really pushing me right now and I'm struggling. My muscles feel hard and achey when I try to sprint - I just know that's not enough carbs from experience.

I really think I should be able to make this work somehow and still be burning fat and avoid blood sugar issues and the ensuing appetite surge.

Your experience is truly what I need to hear right now, as I am a little unconfident about upping carbs.

Thanks!
