Coffee and decaff are treated the same. You can have all you want of black, at any time. But, if you want milk or cream in it, you are allowed one cup a day (and more at your reward meal, of course) with a couple of ounces of milk or cream, and this cup must be drunk within 15 minutes from start to finish. I still have trouble finishing my cup in 15 minutes, but I chug the last of it down

Vel,

I didnt know we could have coffee anytime if it didnt have cream or sugar. You sure about that cuz this opens up whole new worlds!! hehe.

and why do you spose we can have coffee anytime but not the cream? Id think caffine was more capable of bouncing up insuline then cream
