I think there are, but I can't name one off the top of my head. I take One-A-Day Women's multivit, along with Naturemade's Super B Complex (have probs, so I have to take extra B-vits, even if I'm not lo-carbing) and at night a 500mg vit. C tab. I talked it over with my MD before starting and he said it sounded like a great plan.

I think the best thing to do is take a complete multivit (either one of the once daily type or one of the more tailored 3-4x day type) you don't really need more than that if you're an average person, no need to throw in a bunch of other stuff when you're just starting out (need to do research before jumping on a bandwagon fad vitamin/supplement)

There are some great supplements that supposedly help with metabolism, you just need to make sure it's not one of those harmful ones (I think someone on here is doing a vitamin D centered programme and has had good results)

I just take a women's multi-vitamin with calcium and also a vitamin e caplet. I have some problems with my hair growing and hair health so I added the extra vitamin e. My hair is growing faster, but still slow, but my nails are growing like crazy!
