Post Ham Roll Ups

Ham Roll Ups - 10 servings

2 pounds cooked ham, thinly sliced
(imported Danish ham, if available)

3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

3 tablespoons prepared horseradish

2 tablespoons fresh minced onion

1 (8 oz) container sour cream

In a medium bowl, blend the cream cheese, horseradish, onion & sour cream. Spread the mixture onto the ham slices. Roll the slices tightly & secure with toothpicks. Slice into bite-size pieces, leaving a toothpick in each slice.

---------------------------------------

Notes:

I haven't made this recipe in a while, but wanted to share because it is soooo easy. And you could opt for the frilly toothpicks, and take these to a party!

It seems that this recipe works best when made a little in advance & given time to chill - 1 hr?

1/10 of recipe

Fiber: .2

Sugars: 1.5

10 servings is a weird size for this recipe. When I made it, there were A LOT of little bite-size pieces! So if you are like me, you may want to divvy up the recipe into 10 servings first and then the bite-size pieces so you can get an idea of how many bite-sizes make up 1/10.

I submitted this recipe to an online recipe collection, and that's where the nutrition information came from, so I think it's pretty accurate.

ENJOY!

Sounds yummy. Just be aware that with ham there is a lot of salt and some people retain water when eating a lot of lunch meats or bacon....

Just up your water on those days to help offset the water retention and enjoy!
