Ive been so frustrated about not losing consistantly and lastnight I made LC PB cookies and ate way to many I figured yesterday I went 10 over my 20 a day carb count and then this morning like an idiot I did the same.Ive been stuck for a week or more and I always weigh more in the middle of the day.I just went and weighed myself and I lost another pd I guess eating a few more carbs if your stalled can help sometimes yippy!

Actually, I have heard some of the LC vetrans say that if you stall for a while, then sometimes all you need is to up your carb intake. The body likes to go into "I'm starving" mode when it feels it's not getting enough.
