Thank you for the tips, I just recently decided to try the low carb approach and so far its working great. My only problem though seems to be staying motivated. Which seems silly since i'm losing weight but I keep wishing for big piles of chocolate cake. So I figured I would try this out in hopes of getting more gung ho.
Hi there! Hang in there, the desire for chocolate cake will disappear. Remember, you're doing this to take care of yourself and give your body the proper nutrition it needs. There's nothing good that could possibly come from chocolate cake.
