Question Does PMS triggers carb cravings?

Has anyone else had intense carb cravings at their time of the month?

I find that I'm more prone to cheat at that time, even if I've been good for weeks and weeks! Let me know with my thanks in advance.

I would have to answer your question with a definite YES! Sometimes I'll realize what is happening and that will seem to help. I try to have a LC dessert ready for such times.

An even worse phenom has taken place over the last year or so. I also experience PMS (bloating and cravings) with my 14-year old daughters cycle, in addition to my own cycle. Of course she is irregular and I never know when that'll strike. Ugh!

Has that ever happened to anyone? Is there anything I can do about it?

Angry pms

I have notice the cravings at that time for sure. But I try not to blow it because it makes everything worse..then it takes me several days to get back to the l.c. A vicious cycle!
