Need french onion!!!

I am so craving a good low carb french onion soup HELP!!!

I can go without the bread in it, but not sure how to do the rest

Here is Suzanne Somers recipe for French onion soup.

I don't know about the celery and mustard seeds as a seasoning, but using a slice of portabello mushroom as a "raft" for the cheese is a great idea. You could also use pork rinds!
